Enjoy four fun-filled days in Laughlin, Nevada, with side trips to the Grand Canyon West Rim and downtown Las Vegas. The price includes the Pre-Trip Meet and Greet Party and the Post-Trip Dinner. Be sure to be a part of this great adventure. It is an excellent opportunity for fun and fellowship, travel and gaming, and dining and sightseeing.
Participants will gather at the ACE Hardware Store in Smoke Tree Shopping Center and leave by 8:00 am on Monday, February 9, 2026, and head to Laughlin, Nevada. There will be a short break on the way upon reaching Lake Havasu, Arizona, for lunch, ice cream, and a little shopping. The bus will leave after about two hours for Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort and Spa to arrive by 4:00 pm. Monday evening will be free time.
On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the PrimeTimers will board the bus around 10:00 am to travel to the Grand Canyon West Rim for exciting canyon viewing. Attendees will experience the West Rim World and its famous SkyWalk, which is a ‘floating’ glass bridge! While there, there will be time to enjoy a tasty meal that will be waiting. The group will then return to the Riverside Casino by approximately 7:00 pm.
On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, the PToD will board the bus at 1:30 pm to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, for the excitement and thrills that are offered at the downtown Freemont Street Experience. These include shopping, zip lining, gambling, enjoying live music, and much more. The bus will leave Las Vegas at 9:15 pm to arrive back at the Riverside Hotel around 11:15 pm.
On Thursday, February 12, 2026, everyone will board the bus at 10:00 am to return to the ACE Hardware in Palm Springs. While traveling back to Palm Springs, the group will stop for lunch and plan to arrive in Palm Springs no later than 5:00 pm.
For the past nineteen years, this trip has been well attended and appreciated and enjoyed by all who have participated. While traveling to and from Laughlin by bus, the attendees will be entertained with raffles, prizes of various gift certificates, bingo, DVD’s, water, soda, snacks, and DeLon’s well-known brownies. The bus trip is always fun and entertaining!
There must be a minimum of fifty (50) attendees for this trip to occur. If there is insufficient participation, then the trip will not take place. Participation is not guaranteed until payment is received. PrimeTimers of the Desert members prices are: Double occupancy $445.00 per person, and Single occupancy $500.00. Non-member prices are an additional $100.00 each.
