Priscilla, Queen of the Desert is a musical based on the 1994 film.  It follows the journey of three drag performers, Tick, Bernadette, and Adam, as they travel across the Australian outback in a bus they nickname Priscilla, aiming to perform a drag show in Alice Springs.  The musical features popular disco hits, grand drag costumes, and explores themes of self-acceptance, family, and friendship.

The Palm Canyon Theatre will present Priscilla, Queen of the Desert at 2 pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025, and tickets are available for $30 for members and $35 for guests.  The local theatre is located at 538 North Palm Canyon Drive.  Priscilla Queen of the Desert, the musical, is a magical, disco-drenched story of personal growth and redemption set to all-time classic music.
