PrimeTimers of the Desert (PToD) offers annual advertising opportunities, with pricing based on ad size. Ads are featured on our website, in our monthly newsletter, and rotate in our weekly email blasts (reaching over 1,300 members). Each advertising package also includes a one-year PToD membership.
Ad Requirements
- All ads must be in good taste and free of profanity or references to lewd behavior.
- Submit a high-resolution jpg or png file of your business card or ad design.
Payment & Policy
- Advertising must be prepaid. Contact us for current pricing.
- Notify the Advertising Director if you wish to withdraw your ad (note: payments are non-refundable).
- Content changes may incur additional charges.
Placement & Discretion
- Ad placement in newsletters or on the website is at PToD’s sole discretion.
- Acceptance of an ad does not imply endorsement by PToD.
- PToD reserves the right to withdraw any ad deemed inappropriate, without refund or recourse.
Release Form
- Advertisers must sign the standard “Release and Indemnification” form.
